Peggy's Famous Sweet Chicken Wings

Our kids love these. They are a little messy to eat but well worth it. They are So Easy to make.

4 to 5 pounds Frozen Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup or 5 T Dijon Mustard
2 T Garlic Powder
2 cups to 2.5 cups of brown sugar

Mix together all ingredients and pour over frozen chicken wings in a deep 9x13 casserole dish. Cook for one hour and 45 minutes to two hours at 400 degrees. Open oven and stir wings every 30 minutes or so. The sauce will start to thicken and get sticky and that is when they are done.

Kim's Famous Salsa

2- 28 ounce cans of diced tomato
1 Can of Rotel or Diced Tomato with Green Chili
6 Cloves of Garlic (I use minced garlic from jar)
10 jalapeƱo slices (I only use about 5 so kids will eat it)
1 onion
1 bunch cilantro
1tsp. Cumin
1tsp. salt
2 T lime juice or juice from 1 lime

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend.
I have to make half the recipe at a time because my blender will not hold all ingredients.
Thanks Again to Kim Harden for her great recipes.

TOMATO SALAD

5 Medium tomatoes diced (Roma's work best) if using Romas use at least 10)
1T Sugar
1tsp. Salt
1tsp Dry Basil - I use fresh if I have it and I use a lot maybe 1/2 cup
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Thyme - I sometimes use italian seasoning instead
6T Vinegar
1/2 cup of oil (olive or vegetable)
1T Worcestershire Sauce
1 Large onion diced

Mix all ingredients and chill. I take this to a lot of cookouts and get togethers and it is always a huge hit. I serve it with tortilla chips and most people will eat it like Salsa.
